Transients

2005

Transients is a series of twenty portraits of young people under the effect of ecstasy, found in the public domain, collected from magazines and the Internet. They've been cut out of their original context and re-arranged in a series of five groups, each one made of four portraits associated according to formal characteristics. Transients aims to be a scientific investigation on the effects of ecstasy on the human brain through the study of the alterations of somatic expressions, eyes and postured the addicts assume.
